The purpose of the training program is to introduce new technology skills to teachers who are use to traditional teaching and training methods.  There are many facets that technology is depended upon in the world of education and before you finishing reading this paragraph a new technology derivative is invented.  Speaking of inventive....this training program is an user friendly model to how important the knowledge in  technology is beneficial to not only the students, but for the teachers too.  The objectives behind this training program is to allow teachers to gain the following four attributes when teaching  with technology: Confidence Comfort  Camaraderie Communication The majority of learning environments include an instance for the need of technology.  Think about it, how often do you learn something new without the aid of a tool associated with technology.   After-all, the evolution and best practices starts with adult learning and training which is guided by technology. The best way to produce a positive impact on adult learning is to achieve objectives like the 4 C's and get familiar with the many tools that  are available that are essential to gain a new found teaching method that will service the learner but most important, the instructor.  This training program will give employees, organization owner, and shareholders the motivation and willingness to perform their  respective responsibilities with the goal in mind to operate technology with ease.
